I collected a bunch of Ramps, garlic mustard, some wild onions, some leeks. I’ll be selling the ramps to an eager customer, intending to make pesto. I’m excited to hear how it turns out. I have some news! After receiving a lot of interest, I am going to offer some foraging classes in Northern Virginia. It will be focused on spring edibles. My background is in plants and mushrooms. With garlic mustard growing taller and stinging nettle aspiring to its full height, the season is well under way. It has been bountiful. This blog will feature food/forage of the days, recipes, and related content. Stay tuned for all things Wild Food!
